Famous engine power Super Silent 55kVA Yanmar Diesel Generator (GDY55*S)
1). Engine
Yanmar Series diesel generators adopt the JANPAN origin Yarman TNV Series engine coupled with the Stamford alternator. They are used widely in the industry, railway, outdoor project as the small power generator because of compact configuration, easy to operation, environment-friendly, low fuel consumption. Moreover, it accord with the EU and EPA Standard.
2). Alternator
Original Stamford & Marathon & Siemens Alternator with brushless self-excited, AVR, H Class Insulation, IP23 Protection.
3). Control System
Adopt the top brand Deepsea controller( DSE510, DSE5210, DSE5320, DSE5220 etc) and ComAP Controllers( MRS-10, MRS-16. MRS-15 etc) with manual, automatic & remotely operation for the users.
4). Test & Commissioning
Each generator has been got through 2 hous load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and one hours overload test
5). Standard Accessories:
Standard radiator mounted on skid, common steel frame, circuit breaker, damper, exhaust pipe, battery, shock pad, operation manual, silencer, test report and certificate
6). Warranty
All equipment is warranted for a period of 1000 hours or 12 months fro mthe date of commissioning.
7). Certificate: ISO9001: 2000, BS4999, BS5000, BS5514, CE, EPA, ISO4001: 2004
8). Package: Standard exporting Plywood Case
Warranty:
12 months or 1000 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons. (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance; After the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices
