Deepsea is a new generation Automatic control module for single Genset, which adopts bran-new
outline configuration, focus on the requirements of customers, and perfectly improves the performance of controller. It fully meets the auto control requirements of different kinds of Genset for user or special assembly factory. |
The module also monitors and protects the engine, indicating operational status, fault conditions and
metering on the front panel LCD and LED's. |
Natural Gas Generators & CHPs/CO-GENs
The power ratings: 10kWe to 1,200kWe.
CCHPs (Combined Cooling, Heating and Power) /Tri-generation: available on request.
The hertz and voltages: 50hz, 400/230vac or 60hz, 220/110vac, other voltages available on request.
The fuels: (1) pipeline natural gas with pressure 1-5kpa (2) CNG (3) LNG.
The gas engines: Powered by Cummins, Deutz, GM, Toyota, Isuzu and Suzuki gas engines.
The alternators: Leroy Somer, Stamford, Marathon and Chinese ones. Brushless, self-excited.
The control cabinets: with controllers from ComAp, DeepSea/DSE and Smartgen. ATS, parallel cabinet and grid parallel cabinet available.
The governors: electronic, from Woodward & Hainnzmann.
The mixers: venturi or variable mixers from IMPCO.
The ignition system: hi-energy ignition system from Woodard, Altronic & Motortech. Lean-burn with closed loop lambda control system available for continuous running gas gensets/CHPs.
Gas train: ball valve, gas filter, DUNGS solenoid valve & pressure switches.
Heat recovery system: to recovery heat from jacket water and/or from exhaust pipe, with total heat efficiency up to 85%.
Silent canopy: with noise < 72dB(A) @ 7 m. Container type available.
Standards and Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, CE, UL, CSA, EPA.
Factory test: all gensets are tested with min. 2 hours before delivery.
Packing: Standard export packing, no fumigation certificate needed.
Quality warranty: 1,500 hours or 18 months for standby gas gensets/CHPs, whichever comes first. 8,000 hours for continuous running gas gensets/CHPs with European configuration.

All kinds of Generator sets, generators, engines, pumps, control panels and agricultural machines sold by our company, Guangzhou Laurel & Honesty Holdings.
2. Base warranty period
1)The warranty period of generator sets is 2 years or 1200 running hours (the earlier one shall prevail) from the date when the generator set have been delivered from the factory.
2)The warranty period of generators, engines, pumps, control panels and agricultural machines is 1 year or 1000 hours from the date when the goods have been delivered from the factory whichever is coming first, the warranty period will be ended.
3)Any other special stipulation according to the order.
3. Guaranty range
The user shall strictly follow the operation handbook and service statement (included all the products mentioned above) to maintain and keep the equipments, the goods has any malfunctions caused due to the manufacture quality problems in the guarantee period.
4. Limit of guaranty
1)The goods is damaged during transport, Carrier shall take charge of the amends.
2)The goods is damaged due to unsuitable setting or doesn't follow the installation manual which offered by our company.
3)The goods is damaged due to the user doesn't follow the service statement to replace the filter and lube oil in the stated period.
4)The goods is damaged due to the user doesn't use the appointed oil filter, fuel filter, air filter which mentioned in the manual book.
5)The goods is damaged due to the user make bold to replace or use the spare parts or add other equipment on it without our company approbation.
6)The goods is damaged due to disassembly parts from the equipments without our company approbation.
7)The goods is damaged due to unsuitability place, start, warm-up, stop and so on.
8)The goods is damaged due to using disqualification fuel or other substance mixed in the fuel, such as water, impurity, contamination and so on.
9)Our company shall provide free maintenance service for malfunctions caused due to the manufacture quality, but not take charge of any overhead expensed, losing and any fault analysis fee.
