Introduction:
This series of coal gasifier, developing from and taking good advantage of dry-type ash-cleaning gas furnace, is a new generation if intelligent highly efficient environment-friendly products manufactured by our company, in which patented rotating disk slag cleaning and automatical slag cleaning structures are used..Our coal gasifier is divided into single stage coal gasifier and double stage coal gasifier. Compared with direct coal burning, coal gasifier can save 20% of the fuel. Compared with oil furnace, coal gasifier can save more than 60% of the energy. Our coal gasifier is environment-friendly with its heat efficiency and good dust and smoke removal effect.

Application:
Because the furnace has broadened coal sorts used and reduced producing cost, it is widely used in the enviroment-friendly and enery-saving technological renovation of gas-processing heating furnace, gas forging furnace, gas crucible furnace, gas mold furnace, grilled ladle gas furnace, sand resin heating gas regenerater, glass melting gas furnace, ceramic gas furnace, moke exausting refractory, kiln and tunnel kiln, as well as the renovation of furnaces that burn coal or oil, kilns, and equipment that needs heat such as metallurgy, chemical industry, allumim, fire-resistant materials, glass products and existing kiln, with very good effect.
Working principle:
0-80mm pea coal is the ideal fuel for the continual coal gasifier, which largely increases the gasification intensity, accelerates the reaction, improves the gasification rate of coal, and makes charcoal react with vapour to form combustive air such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen, so as to reach complete gasification and produce gas continually and steadily.
